I thought you guys might enjoy a recipe for a delicious and healthy post workout protein smoothie!

Here’s what you’ll need!

1-2 Scoops of Isopure Whey Protein (Vanilla)

Ice & Water

Organic Canned Pumpkin

1 tsp of Cinnamon

Blend Together and Enjoy!

Not only do I love using pumpkin because it’s fall and halloween is just around the corner… It has SO many health benefits as well!
